Case Study
In this case study we will look into an environment where, in an inner city, a person is excluded due to poverty caused by factors outside their own control.
However, this person has an intellect.
They have a small garden.
They have a well in their garden which was once a water source for the community.
There are no funds available to commence a large scale production of “The Red Current Brand”
The Social Exclusion factor is knowledge.
Unable to find the resources to, say, find £1,000 to secure qualifications this person is locked into a life of poverty.
However there is hope……
Just over the horizon is a land of plenty but the path through the mountains is unclear.
There is open access to The Big Blue world of Community Information Systems, (CIS), if only the map could be found.
Office 2007 is this map!
The Red Apple Office 2007 evaluation will address this Social Exclusion.
Red Camel 2008 will be the concluding chapter of this case study.
